The Milwaukee Lutheran Red Knight Marching band has a long list ofaccomplishments. Under the direction of Mr. Del Schmidt the Band has toured to Hawaii, Florida ,(6 times) California , (2 times) Toronto, Canada, (2 times) Texas, the Peach Bowl in Atlanta, Georgia and the World's Fair in Knoxville, TN. They have performed at Disneyworld, Disneyland, Universal Studios, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Tejas Rodeo, Sea World, Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flags over San Antonio, and the Chicago Thanksgiving Parade.

The band has had the privilege of performing for 4 United States Presidents: Gerald Ford, George Bush, Ronald Reagan and George W Bush. The MLHS Band has performed at 35 consecutive Milwaukee Christmas parades which is the longest continuous tenure of any band in the parade. The band numbers between 130-175 members which makes it the largest Lutheran High School band.
