The Milwaukee Lutheran High School Stage Band performs at one or two concerts, two - three basketball games, Homecoming coronation, and dinner dances. The band has received a one star rating every time they have entered the District WSMA Solo and Ensemble Contest. The band performs all styles of repertoire including big band, swing, jazz, Latin, rock n roll, heavy metal, samba, waltz, ballad, funk, and be bop.

 

The stage band incorporates vocalists and has also performed in chapels, and theaters. At the Stage Band Concert the group performs 3 complete 40 minute sets. For the past number of years the group has also performed at the Martin Club dinner dance at the Wisconsin Club and other locations. The group takes an annual grade school tour and meets as a class during the first semester.
